I can't say this can happen for everyone or anytime. But, I called this am and was able to get a sameday appointment to have my windshield replaced and calibrated. They were able to get it all done in an hour. WOW! everyone else had told me two hours(not that a two hour installation /w calibrationis long) and I had to get an appointment for another day so they could acquire the windscreen.

I came in at 12:30 for my windshield replacement and was offended by this customer (Rayan Mog reviewed on the 10th I think) yelling at the staff about how they had to get his car done by 1:30 so he could pick up his kid. I listened as the man at the desk very politely explained that he had missed his appointment that morning and they had rescheduled him as a courtesy. When he got there at 1:00 I heard them explain that it would take around an hour to do the replacement. He ignored them and around 1:15 started yelling. He was loud and offensive enough that I wanted to get up and slap him. I was offended at his yelling and the words he used as well as what he called the very polite young man. I truly pity any service person who has to deal with this man in the future. Not to mention reading his review NONE of it was true.
I went in to check if a crack could be repaired, my windshield needed to be replaced and they let me schedule for the very next day. Staff was polite (even though there was a man there complaining who I wanted to slap he was so rude and intitled acting). The job was finished 10 min early, done well and they took care of all my heads up display and safety features. It was a great experience and I will use again when I need auto glass!

Called Joe’s after several other companies couldn’t find my rear window glass. They fixed it the next morning. Great service, fast turnaround and better pricing than the big guys.
