Shop local! Got a call from Joe's Glass at 8am and was booked in at 2pm - a shop willing to do a job where others wouldn't. Transparent pricing and great staff. They even explained a fault on my car, not even related to the windshield from the OBD and wanted to let me know. Highly recommended!!

I phoned Joe's Glass Company at 1054 am. I asked if they could get me in for a rock chip repair. They said absolutely, it'd take about 15 minutes. I was about 5 minutes away. By 1123am, chip was dealt with and I was on my way. They were friendly with my dog Charlie and gave him a treat and some pets too. Thanks everyone!

I own a small paint company and I do a lot of driving and one morning unfortunately on i5 a rock hit my windshield and as soon as I reached my destination I started calling glass companies for a quote and when I called Joe's auto glass it was the owner who answered my call and I told him my situation and he got me in immediately they were extremely fast ,friendly and very professional I highly recommend them for any of your glass needs

These guys are great - answered the phone quickly, provided a quick, friendly estimate on rock chip repair that was an extremely reasonable rate that seems to be about the best you’ll find in the area. They take walk-ins and over the phone provided an estimate of how long it would take. When I arrived at the shop, they immediately took a look at the chip, and in our case did not recommend repair - it appeared that another family member had already gotten the repair done, that it appeared to be satisfactory (and proceeded to explain why the repair was satisfactory), and then suggested that no further repair need be made. These guys are professional, efficient, competent, and honest - highly recommend the folks at Joe’s Glass for any windshield repair or replacement work you might need. Excellent customer service, and knowledgeable staff. If one of our other vehicles gets a rock chip down the line, Joe’s Glass will be our first call.

Been awhile since a business overachieved, for me anyway. Employees were great!! Joe keeps a little waiting area stocked with snacks and water and an spotless restroom. Repair was done earlier than promised.... Pretty impressive.

I brought my car in to get my windshield replaced and afterward had some issues with my wipers. I brought it back in and talked to Joe about it, he and his team were super friendly and helpful in helping solve the problem. Another shop could have taken advantage of the situation but Joe was extremely helpful and honest about the whole thing. They had the replacement part ordered and installed in less than 48 hours. We will definitely be going to them again in the future.

Needed a windshield replacement after a rock chip spread into a large crack on a road trip. Called them on a Monday they got me in Wednesday afternoon (my schedule) and in under an hour had the new windshield in place looking clean and I was on my way.They worked with my insurance company so I only had to pay the glass deductible amount, they were able to handle the advanced sensor thingy for pedestrian safety or whatever no problem. It all works.Thanks Joe, thanks team! Great service, would come back (though I hope I don’t have to!)

Excellent service, fast efficient and affordable. The chains and dealers quotes were to wait two weeks for the window and they were going to charge more. Joe's got me in the morning I called and got it replaced by early afternoon. Skip the chains and dealers and choose Joe's.

Great spot, they already had the windshield in stock, got us in quickly for the replacement, and did the work fast. The staff, including the owner, was very friendly. They had a lot to entertain children, I came with a two and four year old and they had fun the entire time, no complaints! It always helps when the owners have kids, they're typically more mindful and attentive. I would highly recommend this shop and will use them again if a need arises.

Called to get an Accent 1/4 panel window quote. They didn't have the window, but he said he'd look for one for us. He did and called me back, but I had found one at the junk yard for cheaper. We picked the window up in the morning, and they were able to fit me in at 3, after calling at 2pm. They had it done in about an hour. Looks great.

Joe and the team did awesome!!! They replaced the front and back windshield on our old dentside. Windshields were original to truck, 47 years old! Joe took care of the rust and reinstalled the new glass. I will come back with any future vehicle needs.

The guys were great. They offered to get me in the same day I called. I had an obscure leak that I thought was coming out of the back window of my pickup truck but they ruled that out and figure it out where the leak was coming from and fixed it right away. No extra charge. If I have any other problems with any of my cars I definitely will go back. I highly recommend them

This is a great little shop. They got my truck in 15 minutes early and I was out in less than 40 minutes. The lobby is clean, nicely decorated and there’s a coffee and snack bar. Also the guys are all cordial and laid back while still working quickly. My new windshield is in and held up perfectly for the trip home.On another note, my wife had the same great experience with one suggestion of adding a changing table in the bathroom. While there today I noticed Joe actually did it! This company cares about their business and it shows. Hopefully I don’t need more glass anytime soon but if I do I’ll be going to Joe’s.Thanks crew!

We were visiting from California for a special veterinary appointment for my dog. We decided to do some sight seeing and checked out the Space Needle. While up at the top we saw my car and likely someone breaking into it. When we got down about an hour later and it was discovered that yes, someone had smashed in my backseat window. I had nothing of value in the car and didn’t see anything taken so I wasn’t sure what the point was.It was about 8:30 on a Sunday and we needed to leave right after the dog’s vet appointment, which was at 10 the next day. We had driven through rain, snow, and sleet the way up and I knew it would not be great to add a broken window to that. I desperately called every glass shop that came up on a search. Joe serendipitously called back. I explained the situation and he first made sure he could get the glass quickly and then told me to come at 8 the next morning. It took a little over an hour to get the window in and they made sure to vacuum up real well so the glass didn’t cut my pup on the ride home.If I could give a perfect 10 for the whole experience I would. We left Seattle area exactly when we needed to and had a comfortable drive back because the window was in. It was discovered on the way home that my lunchbox with 4 LaCroix waters was missing from the back seat. Yup, all that for a lunchbox with waters. Not much of a haul for those bad guys.I am eternally grateful you were able to get me in and out so quickly! You were a lifesaver and truly made a terrible situation way better. Thank you so much!

Deleted old review (my choice)I still think you should look into Apple Pay for your customers benefit and if you don’t offer it, don’t show it on your Point of sale system that sits right there on desk facing customers.The adventure we had when getting work here was a rollercoaster of issues. It got out of hand quickly but I admit it was both sides. Honestly no hard feelings though. I can see you are passionate about your business and the work you do.You have admitted the wrong doing of your shop and you have been willing to make it right. So I will leave this review with a 3 star instead of the original 1 when I was angry.Always room for improvement though. Once I get it fully fixed (hopefully tomorrow), I will adjust this review accordingly and add that ending experience.See you tomorrow Joe!Update 1/17 @ 4pmProud and happy to say it is fixed and looks great. If I counted only the hours they had it, it was fixed in a timely manner. Thanks for taking responsibility and resolving everything. Top notch!Thanks Joe and everyone there :)

I give them 4 out of 5, window replacement went great but they couldn't get it to roll up/down when they finished. Had to take it to Toyota to get the window switch "initialized" in order for it to work correctly. Joe and his team are professional and did extra work to try to get it done right, so I applaud their effort. I will def come back because he was honest and explained everything to me.

Appointment was made, car went in on time, it was suggested it would take about an hour and they delivered on time. This including cruise and lane keeping assist calibration. The nice touch that I really wasn't expecting was that before they were done they took the time to scrape off the old double sided tape on my dashcam mount and put on a new piece so it was ready to go.Would recommend.

Shattered my windshield and everywhere else around quoted me at least $150 over what these guys charged me. Not only that but they were able to get me in the same day within a few hours of when I called. Whereas everyone else was at least a week out. I brought my car in and they had it in and out within 45 minutes. Great customer service quick and Speedy I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a fast and affordable windshield replacement.

Thanks to the quick and handy work of Joe's Glass Co., our outreach program is back on the road to serve our community. The van was dropped off at the shop on the 28th for replacement of the rear window, passenger front window, and the windshield. On the 29th, by the end of the day, the van was completed, and we picked up the van on the 30th. We will definitely be referring them to everyone we know.

Joe's Glass did a great job replacing our broken in car window. Not only were they 20-25% less expensive than others I called, they were able to get us in the same day and had us back on the road within an hour. Not only did they fix the window, they vacuumed up all of the glass in the car, as well as completely removing the door panel and ensuring that there wasn't anything left in the door to rattle around.Super polite and professional, I can't recommend them enough if you need me glad for your car.

Was trying to replace my wind shield and found this dude on the google. Short story long I was like I got hit by a rock and now I have a crack that spans the Pacific to the Atlantic and am having trouble with paperwork and this dude “Joe” was like I got you fam! All while he was figuring out logistics for me being like I can order your parts, we can figure out paperwork, and by the time you get here we’ll be In-N-Out before you know it. Called for pricing on a chip repair and was told no appointment needed, $70 + tax, quick 10-15 min repair time. I came in a few days later, around noon on a weekday, and things were just as expected and then some.The shop was busy with two other repairs in the works, the phone was pretty busy, and the guy at the desk was handling it all politely and efficiently. The lobby was impressive with toys and books for kids, varieties of kcups for coffee and tea, water and snacks. Restroom in the lobby as well.Before I was done paying for the chip repair, it was already completed! Impressed, relieved, and painless. The chip itself was less than the diameter of a quarter but close to it, we'll see if the repair holds up with the upcoming colder temps, but from first glance it looks a lot better than before!

I was traveling from Colorado to Granite Falls, Washington to work on the estate of my brother who had passed away when the window regulator on the driver's side of my Ford E-450 Motorhome went out with the window almost all the way down. This was problematic with the rain and the inability to secure the vehicle when I was away from it. I called one of the National Chain Automotive Glass stores and they had me set up I appointment only to be told when I got there that they couldn't get the window regulator and would not work on it. Then someone told me to call Joe's Glass in Everett.Joe's Glass Company was absolutely AMAZING! I spoke to a great young man Zach on the phone who was friendly and concerned about my problem. He said he would try to locate the part and would call me back as soon as he could, but with it being close to 5:00 he said it may be early the next moring before he would know. Sure enough, first thing in the moring he called to say he had located the part and said they would work to fit me in that day if it worked for me. He set an appointment for 3:00 pm to be sure I had enough time to travel to their shop, and I got there early, (about 1:30 pm).They were busy with other scheduled appointments coming in, but made me feel welcome and valued. They had a nice office and comfortable waiting area for customers which was much appreciated. Knowing my appointment wasn't until 3:00 pm I walked to a nearby restaurant for a meal. Imagine my surprise when I recieved a call from Zach a little over an hour later to tell me my vehicle was finished and ready for me to pick up!What outstanding professional service I received and they were so very friendly and appreciative of my business! This level of service and professionalism has become a rarity it seems in today world, but was how Joe's Glass does business. Everyone that I saw coming in and leaving received the same quality care and compassion that I recieved. I even was thanked personally by Joe himself for allowing them to work on my vehicle.What great people and what a professional business. I came into Joe’s Glass to fix a leaking windshield on my Toyota pickup. Joe and his team not only took great care of my truck, but they talked options with me, they have fair pricing, and a comfortable waiting area to sit in while your car is getting fixed. I sat in the waiting area talking with Joe about business, cars, etc etc for the better part of an hour.Great staff, great pricing, and great work quality.I would absolutely recommend my friends and family to come into Joe’s Glass for any automotive glass needs they have - and if I need more work done in the future in my next vehicles, I’ll be back here again without a doubt.

We were driving from Leavenworth to Marysville when a rock bounced and smacked our windshield. We are from California en route to Vancouver BC Canada and were worried the ding would expand. We called Joe's spoke to Shawn and he said bring it in before lunch and they'd take care of us. We were there around 1130am and we were attended to promptly. 5 min later we were on our way!!! Such fast friendly service and only $76!!! Fantastic job guys!!!

Customer service here was amazing. I went to my Subaru dealer with an issue with molding that was pulling up. They said they couldn’t fix it and I should get a new window. Insurance company wouldn’t do anything as it was wear and tear and not road damage. Took it in to Joe’s and they took off the molding as it was just a part of the cowl and was not a necessary part to hold the glass in. Walked out free of charge!!!

My truck was broken into while I was attending a night class and my passenger side window was shattered, and the door was damaged. There were three of us in total who were robbed that night. I had one hell of a time trying to go through my insurance company. No one will accept them. The other two recommended Joe's Glass Company. I just had the windshield replaced on my 2022 Honda Ridgeline at Joe's. They did an excellent job, got me right in and out in less than two hours.The major national glass chain had my truck on 2 separate occasions and couldn't get the right windshield. Excellent work and helpful people. I was super impressed that I even showed up to my appointment late and they still replaced my windshield in 45 minutes. Fair prices.My only suggestion would be to let customers make appointments ahead of time. I called a week and a half in advance because I knew I had only a small window of time I was available to take my car in. I was told I had to call back a couple days before the day I wanted in order to make an appointment, which was inconvenient. But this is pretty small potatoes compared with the great service and reliable work they do!

I made an appointment in October with another company but wanted my windshield glass to be replaced asap. I decide to get an estimate from Joe’s glass. I drove my car in and got it done right at the spot less than an hour without appointment since they have in stock. I am so thankful! Joe’s did a super fast and amazing job. They have a live person answering the phone not an automated annoying computer that doesn’t help. Great communication through all the steps. I dropped the car off at night on Wednesday and they had it fixed before 5pm the next day. They Even stayed open an extra hour for me to pick up my car. Will be back for all my auto glass needs. I highly recommend. Being in one of the biggest car clubs in Everett, having a show ready car is important to me. Would recommend to anyone that needs auto glass work. They work great with any “good” insurance like Allstate. If you want great reliable service and fast repairs go to Joe’s. Just don’t ask to see his Apartment. 🤣
